FAQs for 2026 Commencement at Santa Ana Stadium
In an effort to share information on Santa Ana College's 2026 Commencement ceremony we've developed a list of Frequently Asked Questions regarding the event. We will continue to update this page so please check back for updates.

Yes, registration will be required. The registration form will be posted in Spring 2026.
If you are an eligible Summer '25, Fall '25, Intersession '26, Spring '26, or Summer '26 graduate, you will be able to participate in the 2026 ceremony. Please contact the Graduation Office to see if you are eligible
Yes, and you can purchase at 2026 GradCON and the Don Bookstore. 2026 GradCON information coming soon.

Tickets
No, a graduating student will not need a ticket. However, graduates need to register for the ceremony. Graduates are required to wear a cap and gown and present i dentification day of the ceremony.
Each graduate is allocated a certain amount of tickets. You may ask other graduates to provide you with their extra tickets.
Yes, tickets can be transferred to another person via email. Each ticket has a unique QR code and can only be used once.
Plan to arrive at least 60-90 minutes early to ensure you are lined up with the correct department and/or friends, and ready to process (walk) into the stadium.
Photography
Professional photographers (GradImages) will be available at Commencement.
GradImages will be taking photographs of individual graduates while on stage only.
Shoes
Pointed heels are not allowed on the field. If you are wearing pointed heels, you will not be able to participate in the ceremony. Block, wedge, or square heels are allowed.
