FAQs
Bus passes are only valid during the activation period for as long as all eligibility
criteria are met and funding is available to support the program. Activation dates
will be provided when you apply for your bus pass.
The same day your student ID is encoded.
You must have a valid email address to receive notifications about your bus pass. If you do not have an email address you will have to create one. There are a number of free email account providers. For assistance, visit the SCE Student Welcome Center.
If you lose your ID card, you won’t be able to use the pass. You will have to wait
until the following term. Once the old pass expires, you can receive a new one.
If you experience technical issues contact the office that issued your bus pass. If
they cannot fix the issue, you will need to purchase a bus ticket until it is resolved.
