Classroom Cleaning

  • Empty all trash cans.
  • Spot clean any food or drink residue on desktops and tabletops.
  • Clean all white boards and chalkboards.
  • Dust-mop tile floors. Spot-mop food and drink spills and marks on tile floors.
  • Sweep up all debris on carpet floors.
  • Vacuum carpeted outside entrances and entrance mats daily.
  • Reset all tables and chairs.
  • Clean sinks and counter areas.
  • Fill up any paper towel dispensers.

  • Clean tops of all students' desks.
  • Mop tile floor walkways and under desks once weekly.
  • High dust horizontal surfaces.
  • Dry dust computer monitors.

Office Cleaning

  • Empty all trash cans.
  • Spot clean any food or drink residue on desktops and tabletops.
  • Clean glass windows in doors.
  • Dust-mop tile floors. Spot mop food and drink spills and marks on tile floors.
  • Sweep up all debris on carpet floors.
  • Reset all chairs.

  • Wet-mop tile floor once weekly.
  • Vacuum carpeted floor once weekly.
  • High dust horizontal surfaces.
  • Dry dust computer monitors.

Restroom Cleaning

  • Empty tampon receptacle.
  • Pick up trash on floor.
  • Empty trash cans.
  • Clean sinks and faucets.
  • Clean mirrors.
  • Clean urinals and toilets.
  • Clean any graffiti off walls, doors and areas.
  • Refill supplies.
  • Wet-mop floor.

General Areas

  • Dust-mop, then damp mop tile lobby and hallways floors. Sweep up debris. Vacuum carpeted hallways twice weekly.
  • Vacuum all carpeted entrances and entrance door mats inside and outside.
  • Spot clean rails, furniture, and other miscellaneous objects.
  • Clean drinking fountain(s) with disinfectant.
  • Clean public phone with disinfectant.
  • Clean glass entrance doors and surrounding panels. Spot clean other glass panels of smudges and marks.

  • Clean metal surfaces around glass entrance doors and surrounding panels. Clean all entrance glass panels.
  • Vacuum or dust vents in ceiling.

  • Sweep stairwells of debris. Spot-mop stairwells.
  • Spot clean rails and walls.
  • Check for graffiti, clean and/or report.

  • Wet-mop cement stairs.
  • Vacuum carpeted stairs twice weekly.
  • Clean all railings from the top to the bottom.

  • Dust-mop then mop tile elevator. Vacuum carpeted elevators.
  • Spot clean rails and walls.
  • Check for graffiti, clean or report.

  • Wash walls, ledges and vents.
  • Wipe down control panel and all railings with disinfectant.
  • Clean elevator tracks.

  • Dust-mop/sweep balconies and outside hallways.
  • Spot-mop food and drink spills and large marks on floors.

  • Wet-mop.
