Articulation Agreements (CSU/UC/Private Institutions/Out-of-State)

Articulation is a formal, written agreement that identifies courses (or sequences of courses) on a “sending” campus that are comparable to, or acceptable in lieu of, specific course requirements at a “receiving” campus. Articulation agreements assure students that specified coursework completed at Santa Ana College will transfer and can satisfy general education and/or lower-division major preparation requirements or count as electives at the transfer institution.

Santa Ana College has articulation agreements with the California State University, University of California, and many private and out-of-state colleges and universities.

ASSIST.org is the official repository of articulation for California's public colleges and universities (UC, CSU, CCC's) and provides the most accurate and up-to-date information about public university student transfer in California for the CSU and UC campuses listed below.

ASSIST.org is the official repository of articulation for several of California's private colleges and universities* (California Baptist University, Concordia University Irvine, Loyola Marymount University, National University, Palo Alto University, Santa Clara University, University of the Pacific, Whittier College) and provides accurate and up-to-date information about course transfer.
