You can login to Canvas using your school email address and password.
The first time you register for a class, a student email address is automatically created for you. Your student email is made up of your initials, 5 numbers + @student.sac.edu. For example:
ch37797@student.sac.edu
If this is your first time taking classes with Santa Ana College, your password is your birthday. For example, if your birthday is April 6, 1990, your password will be: Apr061990
When you login, you will see the courses you are taking. Your teacher will talk with you about how Canvas will be used in their class.
Important Notes:
- Most courses will not be visible in Canvas until the start date of class.
- It can take up to 24 hours after registration for a class to be visible in your canvas account.
