Learn on your schedule. Study at your pace. Get support when you need it. The Career Lab is designed for students who want flexible, independent career training. Spanish and Vietnamese support available.

FAQs
- Courses at the lab are self-paced. You work independently with the support of faculty and staff.
- You can challenge any lab course (You can ask to take the exam and if you pass, you don't need to take the full course).
- You can work on courses towards State Approved Certificates including General Office Clerk, Customer Service, and Secretary/Administrative Assistant
Class Offerings:
We offer a wide range of classes you can take to build workforce skills. At the lab you can work on these courses at your own pace and there are teachers there to support you with questions you might have. Classes include:
- Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Microsoft Publisher
- Microsoft Access
- Keyboarding
- Navigating the Internet
Other Services*:
Do you need help with Canvas, Self-Service, or Zoom? Our faculty and staff can assist you at the Career Education Computer Lab. Come access your Zoom or Online courses from the lab. You can also use the Career Education Lab to access your online classes.
*You do not need to register to attend these other services. All that is required is a Student ID.
You can register for classes at our lab online or in-person at our admissions and records office.
Online Registration:
If you are registering online, sections with class times are from 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. are classes held in our lab.
