The most recent accreditation decision made by the ACEN Board of Commissioners for the Associate of Science Degree nursing program is continuing accreditation to the associate nursing program and the next scheduled evaluation visit is for Spring 2031.

The Nursing Program is designed to qualify the student for the licensure examination and entry into practice as a Registered Nurse (RN). Additionally, completion of the ADN degree prepares a student to transfer to a four-year institution for completion of a baccalaureate degree. The curriculum follows the SAC Conceptual Framework for Nursing.

Th​​e Nursing Program Learning Outcome is: "The nursing graduate has completed the Registered Nursing Program and is able to function knowledgeably, safely, and effectiv​​​ely in nursing practice within a variety of health care settings and will be qualified for the licensing examination."​​​​
